Hello everyone, I'm currently involved in a legal dispute with my former employer John Lee. Mr. Lee runs the Dizzy Gillespie Bands. I was the musical director from 2005 - 2008. I'm being represented by Harvey Mars, Esq. of NYC and Tom Olcott, Esq. of Dumont, NJ.

Since 2009, I have "suddenly" been unable to secure steady and meaningful employment, resulting in financial hardship for myself, my family, and any potential business aspirations. I feel like a country that's been placed under "economic sanctions". Due to legal restrictions, I can't divulge more details regarding my case than I have already stated.
I have devoted my life to music, I have helped countless young musicians, as well as given financial support to many of my contemporaries...I have been there when needed.
